Ans. Yes, you can alter your travel plan. For that, certain amount will be charged for changes or cancellation of old booking and making new arrangements. In our office our travel consultant will assist you accordingly.

Ans. If any situation demands you to cancel your tour then you must intimate us in written communication on working days within office time. It also includes some cancellation charges.
Q3. Can I take a wheelchair on tour? Will it be difficult while visiting places?
Ans. There may be a lot of problems you will encounter while taking wheelchair in tour. In tour bring a small kit of spare parts and tools for emergency repairs. During travelling you may require to dismantle a wheelchair, so, make sure you and your travelling qualified companions know how to do this.

Ans. Yes, your relatives are always welcome. It is on the condition of your intimation to us at the time of your booking and payment of prescribed changes to make her/him eligible to join our tour and avail our services on tour.

Ans. Yes, you can book your own tickets and join the tour at the first destination and leaving the tour at the last destination.

Ans. Yes, it is necessary whether you are travelling by air or train; you have to carry your Identification proof. For certain sightseeing places, it is compulsory.

Ans. Booking should be done before 120 days of the departure date. If you book early then, you can get some advance booking discounts.
